酒店大環境不錯，但是年代久了，定的家庭房在B樓層，房間走進去一股霉味，地毯也有些臟舊，居住不太舒服，建議不要入住B樓層

Disappointed with this Top rated 4Star Hotel. 1. Upon arrival we found our Room had been freshly painted with the windows closed. The smell of paint fumes was unbearable and unsafe for my young family. Complained to Reception who gave us an excuse that it was painted 3weeks ago! Finally they gave us a different room which was ok. 2. When we tried to have a shower we found the hot water was brown cloured like tea with sand particles. Again we complained to reception who said “you just need to run the water for 10minutes then it will be ok”. We ran the water for over 1hour before it became bearable. 3. We found the bed sheet on the double bed to be moldy. When we complained to reception they said “all bedding it handled by an outside contractor and washed off site. The staff who change the bedding have finished work at this time!!!” We left for dinner and reception said they would change. When we returned from dinner reception said they had changed the sheet. But we found nothing had changed. By this time after so many problems and long travels we were tired of complaining and went to sleep.

Warm welcome, lovely breakfast. Good location. A bit noisy as there was a wedding on but okay.

這酒店很贊，是個很大的城堡，入住的時候會給你個地圖，基本都是國外的老爺爺老奶奶來度假的地方，知名度很低，但是很棒。房間很乾凈，景色很美，還有高爾夫球場，果嶺練習場，是免費的，還可以管前臺借桿，地下還可以打斯諾克，還有泳池。早餐也挺豐富（英國的豐富，和國內還是沒法比的）。

This is an amazing historic hotel, it's a beautiful castle on a huge lot. Parking is convenient, and the view is stunning. It's also right next to the Blair Athols distillery, so perfect place to stay if you're visiting the distillery and want to spend some time in the nearby area. The small town is also very accessible from this hotel.
The only issue is it's a very old hotel, so the facilities are not the best, and the renovation is very dated. The other thing is the service is not the best, the waitress doesn't really want to serve customers. Be ready for a little frustration due to that. Otherwise it's a great place to enjoy a weekend.
